Deposits:   A valid credit card is required at the time of reservation. 

Arrival and Departure:   Rooms are available for check-in at 4:00 pm and departure is at 11:00 am.  While we make every attempt to accommodate early arrivals, we cannot guarantee room availability before 4:00 pm. However we would be happy to store your luggage in the event of an early arrival or late departure.

Cancellations:  A last-minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling our rooms. For this reason we uphold a strict cancellation policy.  Please do your best to notify us as soon as you are aware of any changes in your travel plans.  If a cancellation is made within 3 days from your arrival date, we will do our best to fill the room, but if this is not possible, you will be responsible for the full cost of your visit.  Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed reservation dates, you will be responsible for all of the original room nights requested at the time you made your reservation.
